Could I allege that Finland is like a heaven for people with coeliac disease! (Or with any specific diet!)
In Finland you usually get gluten-free portions / meals in every hotel, restaurant and café. Gluten-free food is marked with G, Gl or international gluten-free tag in a menu.
And you can find gluten-free products in every grocery! You better remember a word "Gluteeniton" when you go to grocery. In many groceries there is a "Gluteeniton" sign on a freezer or a shelf to help finding products.
You can always ask help with gluten-free diet - mostly there is English speaking person in customer service.
And how do I know this?? I live in Finland with coeliac disease!
